[Linux mint] Make google default search engine in Firefox

In Linux mint when we try to make google as our default search engine we find that there is no option for google.

Steps to make google default search engine.

Below are the steps to follow to make google your default search engine in Linux Mint

1. Open settings

2. Click on search option on Left

Scroll down and click on “Find more search engines” as google is not available. Follow the GIF below

3. Scroll and select the google icon under the other search engines option.

4. Left click on the search bar and select ‘Add “Google” option’.

5. Go to settings now the google option is available! Select the drop-down and select google.
